Caution: For external use only. Patch test recommended before use. Discontinue use if reaction occurs.

I had no idea what to expect with this, i genuinely thought I would struggle because i prefer the 2 in 1 adhesive, but somehow the technique to put the 2 ends on first and then the middle makes it so much easier! Took me about 15 minutes to do it & it lasted so long!
