🛒 Order Process

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email. (Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.)

Orders are processed and packaged within 1–3 business days (excluding restocks and sale periods).

Once your order is collected by the courier, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Your package will be delivered based on your selected shipping method, often sooner than expected!

We take full responsibility for your package until it is safely delivered to you.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we’ll replace it, just provide:

Clear photos or video of the full damaged package

Include images of the courier packaging (flyer bag, bubble wrap, or box)

Please note: LashLife will not replace items damaged after successful delivery.
We work with trusted South African courier services but cannot be held liable for unforeseen courier delays or delivery driver behavior.
Restocks & Sales

During restocks or sales, processing time may take 1–3 days longer than usual
