We ship across South Africa, right to your door.

🛒 Order Process

  • You’ll get a confirmation email after placing your order (check spam/junk if it’s not in your inbox).
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding restocks & sales).
  • Once collected by the courier, we’ll email you a tracking number.
  • Delivery time depends on your selected shipping method—often arrives earlier than expected.

Shipping Guarantee

We take full responsibility for your order until it’s delivered.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we’ll replace it—just send us:

  • Clear photos or video of the damaged package
  • Courier packaging (flyer bag, bubble wrap, or box)

Note: We don’t cover damage that happens after successful delivery.
We use trusted couriers but can’t control delays or driver conduct.

Restocks & Sales

  • Orders may take 1–3 days longer to process
  • Sales end at 23h30 on the stated date or when stock sells out
  • Promo codes may not apply during flash sales
  • Sale items are valid while stocks last
